JP Centre Yoga

Mondays 6:30-7:30 AM

Heated Vinyasa
A hot morning vinyasa flow to open up the body and energize the mind. Start your day intentionally and work into deeper opening and endurance throughout the progression of the class.

BREATHE Cambridge

Tuesdays 12 Noon - 1:00 PM & Wednesdays 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Fire Yoga Sculpt
No weights, no nonsense heated yoga flow class (90-100 degrees) with drills and strength-building elements. Come prepared to sweat and get in a workout while still honoring the spirit of yoga.

Boston Yoga Union

Tuesdays 7:00 -8:00 PM

Warm Vinyasa
Heated class to loosen tight muscles and facilitate greater focus. Expect to move, sweat, and gradually build up to more challenging poses along with breath and bandha work.

HealthWorks Coolidge

Thursdays 7:45 - 8:30 PM

Flow Yoga I
An accessible but still challenging flow yoga class suitable for all levels, with longer holds and explorations of more foundational yoga poses.
